Get Involved at BMS
We provide students with various before- and after-school activities and enrichment opportunities to support each child's development.
PHYSICALS AND REQUIRED FORMS
All physicals are valid for two years (730 days) from the date of issuance.
Required Health Forms, however, are still required to be updated on an annual basis. Students wanting to participate in any MSHSAA sport must have both a valid physical and Annual Required Health Form on file to participate in any practice or competition.
Please turn these into the BMS office or to your respective coach as soon as possible. No student will be able to participate without both on file.
